Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-10
This website is the personal portfolio of Roni Michaeli. Your privacy matters, so the site is built to collect as little as possible — in practice, nothing about you personally.
What this site does not do
- No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- No tracking cookies — so there is no cookie banner.
- No forms, accounts or newsletters — the site never asks for your personal details.
- No third-party fonts, embeds or CDNs — every file is served from this domain.
What is stored on your device
If you use the Reduce motion switch in the footer, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key
rm-motion, so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser
settings.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. See the GitHub Privacy Statement for details. I do not have access to identifiable visitor data.
When you contact me
If you choose to write to me by email or WhatsApp, I receive the information you send — usually your name, contact details and message — and use it only to reply and to discuss work opportunities. I don’t sell or share it. Those messages are also subject to the privacy policies of your email provider and of WhatsApp.
External links
Project pages link to live products and to GitHub. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn’t cover.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask to see, correct or delete personal information you have sent me. Contact me via email and I’ll respond as quickly as possible.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
